Customer Care Coordinator (role 1) In this integral role, you will be working in a supportive and diverse team environment to deliver our goal for a personalised customer journey. You will be able to use your customer service experience and communication skills to deliver our promise of quality service to our clients. You will achieve this by:

Our Customer Care Coordinator role will give you the opportunity to build strong client experiences and lasting relationships with both our internal and external stakeholders.
Who are we looking for?
This role is especially suited to someone who enjoys working with a wide range of people and gets a sense of achievement through providing excellent customer service. You are organised, ambitious and confident in communicating with Clients at all professional levels. Your superior customer service and administration skills along with your ability to build rapport with people will see you excel in this role! You will also have:
- Minimum two years customer service or sales experience (advantage)
- Professional phone manner coupled with solid communication skills
- The ability to be self-motivated, energetic and confident in approach
- A commitment to total client satisfaction
The role on offer is permanent full-time,
Monday to Friday 11:30am to 8:00pm. You must have full (unlimited) working rights in Australia to be eligible to apply for this role. The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment checks including a national police check.
Litigation Support Clerk (role 2) You will be responsible for providing quality, timely and efficient output of document production (either electronic or hard copy). You will achieve this by working within your team but also independently on a range of tasks from pagination and printing to photocopying and scanning. In this role you will also:
- Log and action requests through our Job Management System
- Liaise with our clients to better understand their requirements and provide support where necessary
- Create cost estimates by assessing hardcopy/electronic data
You will be covering our
Monday to Friday, 2:30pm to 11pm shift (full-time, ongoing). Depending on the needs of the team, paid overtime is available.

- Solving problems by understanding client requirements and creating high quality document solutions
- Demonstrable patience under pressure and the ability to handle routine work independently
