We are seeking a CTP specialist to join our team CTP team as a Case Manager.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the CTP Technical Manager, the Case Manager CTP Claims, will be responsible for ensuring Quantumcorp continues to provide our CTP clients with the right information in the right timeframe, to enable our clients to make fast and sustainable claims decisions.
The Case Manager CTP Claims will manage a portfolio of CTP claims, including but not limited to:
Reviewing client instructions to understand their requirements and to determine the most suitable investigator based on skills, location and expertise
Allocating investigators and preparing more detailed instructions to ensure efficient and quality outcomes for our clients
Ensuring adherence to CTP legislation throughout the investigation process
Liaising closely with our extensive network of investigators across Australia and providing advice and guidance to assist the progress and successful completion of cases
Liaising closely with our insurance and legal clients to the ensure timey and comprehensive updates are provided whilst delivering the highest level of customer service at all times
All aspects of quality control including adherence to guidelines, client KPI's & SLA's, legislation, case instructions and objectives, and final reporting.
Actively monitoring our case management system
The ability to undertake CTP investigations and write high level professional reports as required

ABOUT YOU
A natural problem solver with relevant insurance experience and an ability to identify and assess investigations progress.
You are driven, motivated and able to progress investigations within designated timeframes and with minimal oversight.
Well-developed written communication skills and proficiency in report writing and critical analysis.
A strong communicator with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work well as a team leader and communicate effectively with clients and staff.
Professional, confident and positive attitude
Strong computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to execute all work tasks with a strong focus on attention to detail
Ability to plan, organise and manage investigations so as to ensure our business meets and exceeds client requirements and objectives.
You have CTP Insurance claims management experience and / or CTP investigation management experience.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
To be successful you must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the CTP environment, including the NSW / QLD CTP legislation, the insurance claims process, and the insurer's requirements of their outsourced investigations.
