-Has experience building complex products with multiple stakeholders
-Experience building and maintaining cross-functional collaboration processes
-Familiarity with tech stack;
-Javascript/Typescript suite
-React front end,
-Next/Nest.js/Graph QL backend
-Heroku/AWS database -
Strategic thinking and prioritisation
- Experience setting strategy with business objectives in mind
- Experience balancing multiple priorities simultaneously -
Urgency and entrepreneurial spirit
- The ability to make impactful decisions quickly and in the face of limited data points
- Curiosity, drive to make stuff happen and a positive attitude
- Excitement by new technology and it’s possibilities

Compensation: very fair base + equity
