As a Credit Contract Manager at MediPay, you’ll support the management of credit-related contracts and customer agreements throughout the entire loan lifecycle. Your responsibilities include reviewing, updating, and administering variations to contracts in line with repayment terms, regulatory obligations, and internal credit policies. You’ll also coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure efficient implementation and compliance of all contractual arrangements.

Task & responsibilities
- Review and manage customer credit agreements and repayment plans, ensuring accuracy and consistency with regulatory standards and company lending policies.
- Prepare and process contractual variations related to changes in repayment schedules, hardship arrangements, and dispute resolutions.
- Monitor and document customer repayment performance, assisting in the identification and escalation of accounts requiring formal enforcement under contract terms.
- Prepare and oversee the issuance of contract papers, regulatory notices such as Section 88, 6Q, and 21D, in line with relevant credit laws and guidelines.
- Coordinate with external collections agencies, ensuring all activities align with agreed contractual terms as per customer arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of contract amendments, statutory notices, and collections activities, in compliance with privacy and data retention obligations.
- Support internal compliance, operations teams and senior management by providing accurate, contract-related data and assisting in the development of internal procedures aligned with lending regulations.
- Contribute to internal reviews of credit and collections practices, identifying opportunities to improve the consistency and clarity of contractual terms offered to customers.
Qualification & experience
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Working knowledge of the National Credit Code, Privacy Act, and consumer lending obligations.
- Experience managing contractual variations, collections processes, and regulatory correspondence
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage documentation and communicate contract terms clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and internal workflow tools used to track lending activities, customer communications, and collections outcomes
