Coxswain/ Deck hand

We are seeking a qualified Coxswain to operate our Geelong based wheel chair accessible flat deck boat which can carry upto 32 people . The coxswain when not operating the vessel will assist as a Deck Hand for mostly weekend fishing and cruise charters. Duties include vessel operation, passenger assistance, handling ropes and gear, maintaining safety standards, and basic vessel maintenance.This Is a permanent part time position

Requirements:

• Coxswain Certificate (Grade 1 or 2)
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Working with Children Check (current)
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• Physically fit and reliable
