Benefits

Salary offered:

• Cooks - $77,000 to $80,000
• Chefs - $77,000 to $85,000

Task & responsibilities

As the Cook, you will prepare, season and cook food according to our menu for customers in our busy Bondi restaurant.

As the Chef, you will plan and organise the preparation and cooking of food in our restaurant. Additionally you will have management responsibilities, planning menus, demonstrating cooking techniques, training junior staff, and ensuring quality of food and the profitability of the kitchen

Qualification & experience

• Cooks - Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV
• Chefs - Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma

At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above
