Working within a high performing team to deliver high-quality products and a smooth service
• Performing food preparation tasks, training, and supporting a section
• Ensuring Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a premium dining environment
• Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene
• A qualification in Commercial Cookery is preferred, but not required
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
