Lahori Dera, Maddington is a well-established restaurant business specialising in Pakistani Cuisine. We pride ourselves on delivering consistently high-quality dishes and exceptional customer service. Due to business growth, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Cook to join our team.

Position Duties:

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

Preparing, seasoning, and cooking a wide variety of dishes in accordance with recipes and menu specifications.

Ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met.

Monitoring food storage, stock rotation, and minimising wastage.

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen according to food safety regulations.

Assisting with planning menus and daily specials.

Supervising and training junior kitchen staff as required.

Skills & Experience Required:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.

Minimum one year of work experience as a cook.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain high hygiene standards.

Strong time-management and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
