The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes aligned with our established menu. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment, and a passion for delivering quality food.
This is a full-time position offering 38 hours per week, with an annual salary of $76,150 plus superannuation, in line with industry standards.

Duties
Prepare, cook, and present food items according to menu specifications
Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
Monitor food quality, stock levels, and portion control
Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen at all times
Contribute to planning menus and specials as required
Work collaboratively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff
At least 2 years of full-time experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen
Strong understanding of food safety standards and WHS obligations
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to team-based service
