About the Role: We are currently looking for an experienced Cook specialising in Japanese cuisine to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be involved in the preparation and cooking of a wide range of Japanese dishes and help maintain high kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes

• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and timely service

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen

• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams

• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a cook in a commercial kitchen (preferably with Japanese cuisine)

• Good knowledge of Japanese ingredients, cooking methods, and presentation

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
