- Prepare and cook food according to the recipes, and presentation standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Adhere to food safety and handling standards
- Participate in menu updates and seasonal offerings
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations
- Help manage inventory and stock control

Qualifications & experience
- Holds a Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as a cook
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods and operating kitchen tools
