The Contract Administrator will be tasked with drafting, evaluating, and negotiating contract variations across projects, programs, and services. This position involves overseeing all documentation related to contracts while fostering clear communication and collaboration with Project Managers, technical experts, and key stakeholders. The role also includes providing strategic advice to senior leadership, monitoring ongoing project progress, and preparing detailed reports and submissions aligned with the organization’s operations.

Task & responsibilities
- Collaborating with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Drafting, assessing, and negotiating amendments to contracts, programs, and service agreements
- Administering contract-related documentation and ensuring efficient record-keeping for all projects and services
- Addressing inquiries and resolving contract-related issues impacting stakeholders and service delivery
- Gathering and interpreting project data to generate insights and performance reports
- Composing and reviewing detailed reports and formal submissions regarding organisational activities
- Providing strategic input to senior leadership and supporting the execution of executive decisions
- Monitoring contractor performance and documenting deviations or changes to agreed scopes of work
- Coordinating and evaluating new office space requirements and relocation logistics
Qualification & experience
- Relevant qualification and minimum 1 year of experience working as contract administration.
- Strong understanding of contract law and industry-specific regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
