Contract Administrator

Task & responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and administer contracts and subcontractor agreements
• Manage procurement processes and issue purchase orders
• Track costs, assist with budgeting, and support project forecasting
• Monitor project schedules and handle progress claims and variation
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure contract compliance and effective delivery

Qualification & experience

• Proven experience in contracts administration or construction project support
• Qualification in construction management or related field (preferred)
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Simpro or similar software desirable
• Australian working rights and valid driver’s licence required
• Sound understanding of construction processes and legislation
