We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Contract Administrator to oversee and manage all contract-related functions within our organization. Task & responsibilities

Task & Responsibilities
  • Drafting, modifying, and negotiating amendments to existing contracts related to projects, services, and operational programs.
  • Addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to service delivery, project execution, and the impacts on stakeholders.
  • Coordinating and maintaining documentation and records associated with contracts, project milestones, and service agreements.
  • Liaising with clients, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Providing strategic advice to executive leadership on contractual matters, and executing directives to support organizational goals.
  • Monitoring contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and reporting deviations or work variations.
  • Preparing, evaluating, and presenting detailed reports and formal submissions outlining project progress, compliance, and risk assessments.
  • Gathering and interpreting project-related data to assess performance outcomes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluating and facilitating arrangements for new office spaces to meet the operational and strategic needs of the organization.
  • Coordinating contract close-out procedures and ensuring all terms, warranties, and deliverables are fulfilled.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of contract governance frameworks and process improvement initiatives.

Qualification & experience

Qualification & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, Contracts Officer, or in a similar role involving contract negotiation and management
  • Strong understanding of commercial law, procurement processes, and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in contract management systems, document control software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • Experience in a retail, construction, logistics, or fast-paced commercial environment is highly desirable
  • Ability to interpret complex legal and financial terms and present them in a clear and concise manner
