The Opportunity
As the business continues to secure key project wins, they are now seeking a capable and driven Contract Administrator to join their team in Sydney. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in commercial construction to gain exposure to challenging, high-impact projects while working in a supportive and close-knit environment.
The Role
Responsibilities
As a Contract Administrator, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth project delivery across cost, compliance, and commercial performance. Key responsibilities will include:
Managing head contract and subcontract administration across the project lifecycleAssisting with procurement activities including tendering, scope preparation, and contract awardTracking project budgets, reporting on costs, and supporting payment processesSupporting the Project Manager with variations, EOTs, and client communicationsHelping drive strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
A tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in a Contract Administrator role within the commercial construction sectorStrong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and project financialsJobpac experience is essential Excellent communication and negotiation skillsA collaborative and proactive approach to working within project teams
