We’re seeking a content unicorn.   A master of innovative content strategies to bring our brands to life across social media using your copy, creative and videography skills. Revel in the title of ultimate word nerd to create clear and engaging headlines and short form copy across multiple mediums.  This is a senior role with a direct report working in the Brand & Marketing team, we offer a flexible hybrid work from home/office approach. Elevate our brands with your strong understanding of personality, position and tone of voice.  If you love playing with words, have a strong creative instinct, and know how to re imagine brands online – we want to hear from you.

What will your key responsibilities include?

  • Develop and deliver content strategies for our social media platforms.

  • Create content approaches to support campaigns, including headlines and short-form copy for media, campaigns, and social media.

  • Produce both long and short-form copy, demonstrating flair for headlines and engaging storytelling.

  • Ensure all content aligns with our brand personality, positioning, and tone of voice.

  • Lead the creation of clear, compelling content across social media that reflects our brand identity.

  • Manage external agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality copywriting and social media content.

  • Capture and edit video content, applying strong videography skills.

  • Provide leadership or mentorship to a small team.

What are we looking for?

You’re a fast writer, a sharp thinker, and a natural storyteller who can flex between three brand voices without breaking a sweat. You’ve done this before – and you’ve got the experience to back it up.

Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality. 

  • Experience producing engaging content & design in a corporate environment.

  • 3+ years’ experience managing social media channels end-to-end, from content creation and scheduling to community management and reporting.

  • Killer copywriting skills – you know how to write short, sharp and scroll-stopping content under pressure.

  • High level attention to detail coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Proficient technical skills in photography, filming and video editing.

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, digital media, communications or related disciplines or equivalent industry experience
