We are embarking on significant growth over the next 6 to 12 months and are looking for our next Customer service superstars for our Warwick Farm Store.
Availability for evenings and night shifts, weekends and public holidays is a requirement.
The Customer Service Representative/Console Operator role plays a significant part within the store's team. The role is responsible for the delivery of outstanding customer service, in a complex and fast paced retail environment, ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. As a CSR/CO one of your key focuses is understanding our customer's needs and ensuring they are met to the best of your abilities.
