What the Job Involves
This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving on the job. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Constructing concrete formwork for pours.
• Pouring, screeding, and levelling concrete across a range of applications.
• Finishing concrete with care and precision, including trowelling (hand and machine), edging, stippling and other common finishes.
• Reading and interpreting plans to ensure work is carried out accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a safe, organised worksite, ensuring tools and materials are used correctly.

• Values being on time and can be relied upon to complete tasks consistently.
• Has prior concreting, landscaping or construction experience.
• Holds a valid White Card (mandatory for construction work).
• Can provide or obtain a Working with Children Check, as many of our sites are schools.
• Is physically fit and capable of meeting the demands of the job.
• Has a driver’s licence to travel to job sites.

A positive attitude, willingness to contribute, and ability to work in a team environment are essential for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Subcontract

Pay: $38.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
