About the Role Are you passionate about community education and driven to make a meaningful impact? LifeFlight is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Community Education Lead to coordinate and grow our trauma training and community outreach programs across Queensland. In this role, you’ll manage the operational delivery of our First Minutes Matter workshops, support a dedicated team of medical educators, and help ensure high-quality training that is current, relevant, and impactful. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, champion community relationships, and contribute to strategic goals through effective program execution and marketing. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating training session logistics and team schedulingLeading and supporting a team of Regional and Casual Medical EducatorsRepresenting LifeFlight at community events and outreach activitiesSupporting the development of partnerships with councils, local organisations and corporate sponsorsMonitoring program quality and reporting on key outcomesContributing to marketing content and outreach strategies About You We’re looking for a motivated and community-minded professional who brings both heart and expertise to the table. You’ll thrive in this role if you have: 3+ years’ experience in a senior administrative, education or community engagement roleProven ability to lead small teams and manage stakeholder relationshipsExcellent communication skills and a community-spirited approachStrong organisational and logistical coordination abilitiesConfidence working within budgets and reporting on outcomesA proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement Bonus points if you have: Certifications in education or community developmentExperience in program evaluation and learning management systemsFamiliarity with CRM tools and digital reporting platforms Why LifeFlight?
