We are looking for a strategic and creative Communications Manager with a passion for integrated communications.
Reporting to the Head of Communications in Australia, you'll primarily focus on internal communications but also contribute to events, thought leadership, campaigns, and external communications.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and manage end-to-end internal and external communications programs.
- Craft compelling narratives and messaging for employee engagement and external brand building.
- Develop content for employees and assets for the leadership team (talking points, speeches).
- Own the internal Digital Ambassador program, including training.
- Build measurability into communications programs, analyse insights, and improve efficiency.
- Maintain relationships with marketing and other key teams (customer success, product, XD).
What you’ll bring to the role - 7-8 years of communications experience, including internal communications campaigns and integrated communications.
- Experience in developing communications plans (employee engagement and external PR) and working with C-suite executives.
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to translate business goals and data into compelling narratives.
- Experience working in-house, flexing between internal and external communications, and running all-company meetings.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills; self-starter, adaptable, and resilient.
- Preferred: Global communications experience, copywriting skills, and experience with internal comms channels
