We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager reporting to the Head of Communications - to join a global technology leader, helping to shape communications that engage and inspire employees across the organisation!
This role offers the chance to work with a variety of stakeholders and support integrated communications programs, including internal campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives.

What Your Exciting Days Will Look Like
Lead and manage the internal communications program of work.Craft engaging narratives, messaging, and materials for employees to align with broader brand-building efforts.Develop assets such as speeches, talking points, and more for senior leadership.Manage the internal Digital Ambassador program and provide training for the wider marketing team.Collaborate with leaders across different teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to ensure alignment on communication goals.Build measurement frameworks to assess the success and impact of internal communications, continuously optimizing for better results.
What you'll bring to the team:
Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in internal communications, with proven experience managing campaigns end-to-end.Strong storytelling abilities across both verbal and visual media, with a knack for translating business metrics into powerful, relatable narratives.Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to consult senior executives and influence decision-making.A flexible, resilient self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing strategy with detailed execution.Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, product, and customer success.Passion for innovation and a data-driven approach to improve the impact of communication initiatives.
