The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.
The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.
The RoleBased in the CBD Office and reporting to the Commercial Manager you will provide administrative support to the project, including tasks such as data entry; the maintenance of commercial records; compiling of reports; the processing and completion of forms, stakeholder communications and the organisation of team meetings and events.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage daily office operations to ensure efficiency across the project team.
Support knowledge sharing of systems, processes, and documentation between commercial and construction teams.
Coordinate procurement, commercial, legal and construction administration interface.
Maintain shpreadsheets and databases ensuring accurate and consistent data entry
Maintain the project office calendar, meeting schedules, and event coordination.
Provide general administrative support including meeting preparation, minute-taking, and document management.
Strong administration and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Previous experience in an office or site-based project environment (preferred).
Confidence in building relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.
A team-focused mindset with a willingness to assist across various tasks as needed.
