Cleaning Melbourne is a professional commercial cleaning business servicing small to large commercial operations located throughout metropolitan and regional areas. Our wealth of experience enables us to offer a wide range of cleaning services to commercial clients.

We are looking for experience cleaners to work at a site located in Geelong. Applicants local to and nearby these areas are encouraged to apply.

The role

Our Cleaners will be responsible for a range of cleaning tasks, working to agreed schedules to deliver a high-quality standard of work. Specific responsibilities may include:

Commercial Cleaning:

• General Cleaning - involves activities of mopping and vacuuming floor surfaces and wiping the surfaces of sinks, basins, toilets, urinals, mirrors, showers.

• Waste removal: involving emptying waste bins and replacing bins with new liners, making sure all bins placed at the contractor site are emptied.

• Make sure all consumables (hand soaps, toilet rolls and hand towels) are replenished as required

Toilets:

• Clean all sinks, floors, taps and mirrors to the best possible standard.

• Scrub and clean shower cubicles

About you

Required Working with children check and Police check

To ensure your success in this role we anticipate that the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience working in commercial cleaning

• A Valid working with children check and police check

• Knowledge of chemical use and PPE

• Physically fit, the job involves a lot of manual tasks operating equipment and lifting certain amounts of weight
