Thanks to our continued success and growth, we’re on the lookout for an energetic and service-driven Client Services Representative to join our Brisbane team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in hospitality, administration or customer service who’s eager to step into a corporate environment and develop their professional skillset.

You’ll be the face of our vibrant business centres - building lasting relationships with clients, ensuring every touchpoint in the member journey is seamless, and helping create exceptional workplace experiences every single day!

What you'll be doing:

  • Be the approachable, professional first point of contact for tenants and their guests
  • Manage tenant information in our CRM with accuracy and efficiency
  • Build strong relationships with clients from a wide variety of industries
  • Answer and manage calls on behalf of tenants
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure our shared spaces are beautifully presented
  • Assist with ad hoc admin and secretarial tasks
  • Support the General Manager, Sales Manager, and Director with administrative tasks
  • Host monthly member events and help foster a sense of community
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors, and manage day-to-day office expenditure

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is available Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Has 1-2 years of experience in hospitality (ideally hotel reception), administration or travel
  • Has a flexible, can-do attitude and is open to working across multiple Brisbane locations as needed
  • Can work both independently and as part of a small team
  • Communicates confidently and clearly, both in writing and in person
  • Is organised, proactive and always ready to go the extra mile
  • Is comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite and quick to pick up new systems
