About the roleAn exciting opportunity exists in our Client Success Team for an Accounting, Business or Commerce graduate (ideally, but not mandatory) who is motivated to learn about the Accounting and Commerce industry. As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting existing and new clients with their transition to our SMSF, Investment Management and Corporate Compliance software solutions. You'll work alongside our Account Management and Sales Teams to ensure a successful onboarding process for all clients and work with our Support Team to resolve client queries. You will also be involved in providing software training for our clients both virtually and in person.

What you'll be doingAssisting existing and new BGL clients seamlessly transition to our cloud products and BGL Data Services;Providing industry leading customer service to ensure clients have a positive onboarding/migration experience, feel supported and empowered to maximize the capabilities of the cloud product range;Answering client questions, phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner;Facilitate client training sessions on BGL cloud products when required.
What we're looking for Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach;A business/commerce degree majoring in Accounting (desirable);Have the ability to manage high volumes of sensitive data;Excellent communication and organizational skills.
