  • All round communication skills with a friendly phone manner
  • A focus on managing your priorities so the client receives what they need in quick time
  • A team approach making you the most likely to be voted “team mate of the year” by your peers

Regarding the role, your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Coordination and triaging of new referrals on behalf of AT Consultants 
  • Responding to correspondence via the web, emails  and phones 
  • Ownership of the administration processes from quoting to order
  • Management of stationary and consumable requirements for regional office supply
  • Confirmation of scheduled appointments with AT consultants 
  • Day to Day administration duties as requested by Management (Direct and Regional)
  • Maintaining GTK’s client data in our CRM so it is valid and up to date
  • Welcoming clients and their support team to GTK for internal appointments

Experience in the Disability Sector and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be an advantage.
