This role will be key in supporting our Account Management team and the Archify CPD Content team to drive exceptional client outcomes.

 Role Overview:
As a Client Service Coordinator at Archify, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and assistance. You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on utilizing our platform effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Principal Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Account Management Support:

  • Provide personalised assistance and guidance to clients on navigating the brands.archify.com platform and their Archify profile

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate teams for resolution

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions through Hubspot

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the product development team

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client concerns and ensure timely resolution

  • Assist the Account Management team in managing and growing client relationships to achieve set targets.

  • Audit client profiles and ensure optimal success for their use of the Archify platform.

  • Help manage Archify platform content via CMS to ensure up-to-date and accurate information is displayed.

  • Engage proactively with users and client stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

  • Conduct outbound customer care and induction/training calls as directed by the Account Management team.

  • Organize client meeting preparations and ensure all necessary documentation is ready.

  • Respond to all inbound client enquiries (phone, email) within a 24-hour turnaround time.

  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of CPD (Continuing Professional Development) content for Archify users.
