Mariner Shores, a beautiful holiday resort in Miami, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team across multiple departments. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

We’re currently recruiting for part time and casual:

• Common Area Cleaners

• Maintenance / Cleaner

• Housekeeping/ Cleaner

Common Area Cleaners

• Maintain the cleanliness of public resort areas.

• Address guest requests and ensure resort security during shifts.

• Set evening shifts, 4pm-11pm.

Maintenance

• Ensure resort safety and security during night hours.

• Handy man duties, cleaning and assist guests as needed.

• Set evening shifts, 4pm-11pm

Housekeepers

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards.

• Work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Part Time / Casual shifts up to four days per week, including weekends.

• Set hours - 10am - 4pm

What We Looking for

Experience cleaner with at least 12 month hotel / apartment cleaning experience

Self Motivated

Reliable and Honest

Full availability - 7 day roster

What We Offer

Immediate start for successful candidates.

Competitive pay under the Hospitality Award ($25–$35 /hour depending on experience).

Uniforms supplied.
