To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have experience working within a childcare centre, and have a Diploma-level certificate or be able to obtain one;
- Be able to establish positive educator/parent relationships
- Ensure that Oxanda’s philosophy, policies and procedures are upheld and implemented;
- Have a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, NQF, NQS, State and Commonwealth Regulations;
