About the role

As one of Perth’s leading RTO providers, we are looking for a passionate Trainer and Assessor, to lead and build our qualification. Delivering to both domestic and international CRICOS students, we are looking for someone who has multiple years of industry experience and is keen to share and impart their knowledge. Our team of trainers and assessors are passionate about their profession and enjoy working in a vibrant, multicultural and diverse environment. Part Time Role Available

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care Trainer & Assessor

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering engaging and effective training programs to students

  • Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate student progress and competency

  • Developing and updating training materials to ensure content is current and relevant

  • Providing personalised support and feedback to students throughout their training

  • Maintaining detailed records of student progress and assessment outcomes

  • Collaborating with the broader training team to continuously improve training delivery

What we're looking for

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent

  • Extensive experience in vocational training and assessment, preferably in the workplace training and assessment industry

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills to juggle multiple training commitments

  • A passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their goals

  • Current Drivers’ Licence

  • Willing to travel

  • Enthusiasm and a genuine desire to make a difference

  • Eye to detail

  • Able to adhere to company Policy and Procedures

  • Compliance conscious

  • Demonstrate understanding of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015
