Your responsibilities may include:Defining and evolving product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in alignment with company goalsLeading product discovery, validation, and market research to inform decision-makingManaging the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch to iterationBuilding and mentoring product teams, establishing best practices, and enabling growthCollaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer successDriving prioritization frameworks, OKRs, and data-driven product planningSupporting executive reporting, board communications, and investor presentationsChampioning the voice of the customer through structured feedback and UX insights
Required qualities may include:Proven experience in product management, including leadership at the VP or CPO levelProven success building and scaling products across startups, SaaS, platforms, or marketplacesDeep understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, user research, and go-to-market alignmentExperience building and leading product teams in agile, fast-paced environmentsStrong business acumen with the ability to translate customer needs into commercial successExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills—internal and externalExperience working in a fractional or consulting capacity is a plusBonus if you've worked with global or remote product teams, or in venture-backed companies
