Task & responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define and implement business strategies.
  • Develop operational plans and frameworks for business scalability and growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all business functions.

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily business operations across three companies.
  • Optimize workflows and improve resource allocation for efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and oversee branding, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize SEO, social media, email campaigns, and webinars.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and webinars.

Financial Oversight

  • Work with the Group Accountant to prepare and manage budgets
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor leadership teams and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct training programs to align team skills with business goals.
  • Promote collaboration and professional growth.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and resolve escalated client issues.
  • Build and maintain key business relationships.

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer acquisition.
  • Implement technologies to improve business operations.

Reporting & Communication

  • Provide regular reports to the CEO and board on business performance.
  • Ensure effective internal communication across teams and business units.

Qualification & experience

  • Bachelor's degree and/or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
