Prepare and cook a variety of Middle Eastern dishes such as kebabs, mezze, grilled meats, rice dishes, dips, and traditional baked goods
Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard, following restaurant recipes and procedures
Assist in planning menus, daily specials, and ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation
Monitor food preparation and portion control to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in line with food safety and hygiene regulations
