The Chef/Cook will be responsible for the following tasks:

Assist in planning menus, daily specials, and ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in line with food safety and hygiene regulations
Manage kitchen inventory and assist with ordering stock and supplies when needed
Train and support junior kitchen staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Operate kitchen equipment safely and ensure proper care and maintenance
Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting, ensuring timely service
Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Certificate 4 in Cookery
minimum of 1-3 years chef experiences cooking Italian fare.
