Task & responsibilities

• Plan and prepare menu items in accordance with company standards
• Prepare high-quality dishes
• Manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations
• Monitor food costs and maintain inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items

Qualification & experience

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• At least 3 years of proven experience as Chef a in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
