Position Title: Chef
Salary Range: $76,000 – $80,000 per annum
Position Overview:
The Chef will lead the preparation and presentation of authentic Indian cuisine, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, flavor, and hygiene. This role requires managing kitchen operations, developing innovative menus, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards.

Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification as per ANZSCO requirements.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience as a Chef, preferably specializing in Indian cuisine.
Skills:

Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a busy kitchen.
Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Communication:
Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
