As a Chef at  The Factory Grind, you will be responsible for preparing Turkish dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and supervising kitchen staff to deliver exceptional meals. Your creativity and passion for quality food food will play a crucial role in menu planning and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu planning and costing
  • Preparing high-quality meals in a timely manner
  • Supervising and training kitchen staff
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Managing kitchen operations, including labor cost

Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a chef
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism
  • Experience in menu planning and costing
