As a Chef at Xenia, you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality Greek cuisine, managing kitchen operations, and supporting a team of cooks and kitchen hands. You'll help maintain our reputation for fresh, flavourful meals and warm hospitality.

Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, hygiene, and efficiency
Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and reduce food wastage
Support menu development and introduce creative specials when required
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment
Train, supervise, and support junior kitchen staff
Ensure smooth service during busy periods with a calm and professional approach
Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef (2–3 years preferred)
Trade qualification in commercial cookery is essential
Diploma or higher in hospitality or culinary arts (desirable)
A strong team player with excellent kitchen skills and time management
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Passionate about food, presentation, and delivering a consistent customer experience
