Task & responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking high-quality meals
• Managing the kitchen and ensuring food safety regulations are followed
• Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies
• Creating new and innovative dishes
• Training and supervising kitchen staff
• Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations
• Adhering to health and safety standards
• Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
• Assisting with menu planning and cost control

Qualification & experience

• Proven experience as a Chef in a similar setting
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of different cooking techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
