Da Noi is a fine dining Italian restaurant located in South Yarra committed to providing food based on seasonal and local produce.  

 

We are searching for a Chef that is able to work alongside our head chef

 

Skills and Experience required;

⁃Relevant AQF Diploma plus at least 12 months' full-time work experience in the same occupation or closely related OR at least 3 years' full-time work experience in the same role or closely related

⁃Good knowledge of Italian/Mediterranean cuisine 

⁃Be able to work under pressure 

⁃Work with the head-chef in developing new dishes 

⁃Able to be responsible for the kitchen in the absence of the head chef 

⁃Organised, clean and good team worker 

 

This is a permanent full-time position
