We are looking for 3 skilled and passionate Chefs to prepare delicious meals according to our country-inspired menu. The ideal candidates will be able to create a variety of dishes, maintain high food safety standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Tasks & responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items in line with the hotel's standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and specials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the management of kitchen operations, including inventory and cost control.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any special dietary requirements or food preferences.

Qualifications & experience

-Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a busy kitchen environment.
-Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
-Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
-Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
-High standards of personal hygiene and food safety.
-Creativity and passion for food.
