Task & responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in accordance with Duxton standards and recipes.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and efficient operations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Contributing to menu development and innovation.
• Managing inventory and minimizing waste.

Qualification & experience
