We are seeking an experienced SAP Change Manager to join our client's team on an exciting journey as they begin a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Transformation. This contract offers the opportunity to work with a leading Australian company and focus on Organisation Redesign/Role Mapping for SAP Release 1, as well as supporting change planning for Release 2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business context to shape training delivery strategies.
  • Collaborate with the systems integrator to understand the overall change strategy and planning.
  • Create and execute an end-user training plan aligned with the defined strategy.
  • Lead Organisation Redesign/Role Mapping activities for the SAP Release 1.
  • Support the change planning and stakeholder engagement for SAP Release 2.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to business-as-usual (BAU) operations during the transformation.
Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in creating and executing a SAP Change Management Strategy.
  • Ability to assess business readiness for change and implement an effective action plan.
  • Expertise in managing cultural and behavioral change within large organizations.
  • Facilitate productive workshops and discussions with staff and stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholders in adopting and embracing change to meet objectives.
  • Assist in developing training and educational materials for user adoption.
  • Experience in navigating business challenges and aligning interdependent activities.
  • Prior experience in Change Management on SAP implementation projects/programs is essential.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA programs is highly desirable.
