Reporting to the Organisational Development & DIBs Lead, the role will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing change initiatives that align with our strategic goals. You will work with stakeholders across the Business Leadership team, and cross-functional team members to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of new initiatives, systems, and policies. The Senior Change Manager will play an active role in maturing the organisation’s change capability through both projects and training. Key Accountabilities Change Delivery Independently manage change management activities for internal projects ranging from technology transformation, business transformation, and organisational restructures Work consultatively with project stakeholders including senior leaders to understand the value, scope, and impact of change management practices and coach them in their change role Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance Conduct change impact analyses, assess change readiness, and measure incremental outcomes Create and manage project-specific change management plans, including engagement and communication plans, training plans, sponsor plans and resistance management plans Monitor and report on change management progress and outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed Undertake training needs assessment, development, and initial rollout to successfully onboard key users/stakeholders Coaching & Capability Development Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans. Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them lead change initiatives effectivelyFacilitate workshops and training sessions to build change management capability within the organisation. Engage with employees at all levels to ensure a smooth transition and positive adoption of changes. Change standards and methodology Support the development and recommendations for organisational changes practices and standards in line with best practice Lead implementation of change standards and methodology into project plans and tool kits across the groupIntegrate organisational change standards into leadership and project team capability development Key Role Relationships P&OD Leadership Team Project Teams (incl. Project Optimus)Organisational Development TeamP&OD Business PartnersHead of Workplace RelationsBusiness Leadership TeamEAG members Experience & Capabilities ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE (what you have done) 5+ years’ experience in change management, preferably across different sectors and project types (incl. Technology Implementation)An understanding of change management practices, methodology (i.e. PROSCI) and frameworksPrevious experience developing and delivering change projects within an ASX listed organisation, will be highly regarded CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE (what You Need To Know) Knowledge and understanding of Change Management processes, policies and legislationProsci or similar certification is a plusStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated skills in data interpretation and Microsoft Office Suite CAPABILITIES (what You Can Do) Ability to proactively keep informed and influence critical stakeholders across change related activities and initiatives, to ensure balance of commercial and people outcomesAbility to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills especially the capacity to build relationships, influence key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation and work collaboratively.
