🧸 About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring educator with a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care to join our boutique childcare centre in Kurrajong. You will support the development and wellbeing of children aged 2–5 through engaging play-based learning and nurturing interactions.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for the children

• Assist in planning and implementing learning experiences aligned with the EYLF

• Observe and record children’s behaviour and development

• Supervise and interact with children to support their development

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff

• Assist with daily routines and centre operations

✅ Requirements:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

• Working With Children Check (WWCC) – valid for NSW

• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications

• Passion for working with children and a team-focused attitude

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience and empathy

• Creativity and playfulness

• Time management and multitasking skills

• Problem-solving skills

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children

• Adaptability to different age groups and learning needs

• Basic IT skills (for documentation and communication)
