To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following:

• Either a Certificate lll or a Diploma in Children's Services qualification 
• Experience working within a childcare Centre 
• Effective assessment and evaluation techniques
• Values a collaborative, team approach
• Is able to establish positive educator/parent relationships
• Has a love for a curriculum based on nature and, values the child as strong, capable and resilient
• Has a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, Quality Standards and Regulations
• A current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
• A current First Aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma
• Full Working rights - must be able to work full time on a permanent basis
