Job Description: Duties And Responsibilities Hours 8am – 4pm Investigations daily to locate delivery information Providing tracking explaination’s to internal enquires via email Customer service contact providing tracking explanation’s to customers Liaise with drivers and agent vendors for delivery information Cross reference agent paperwork / logs Complete address change information for packages when required Monitor cargo for timely tracking updates to prevent service failures Daily creation of drivers manifest Other daily tasks as specified by Operations Management Required Qualifications, Experience And Skills Ability to analyse information to see the whole picture. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications Excellent attention to detail Capacity to repeat daily tasks with attention to detail everyday Strong organizational and time management skills Must be reliable & flexible to changes.
