Darren Slater Painter & Decorator works on commercial projects in Brisbane and Gold Coast. We have opportunity for skilled and experienced Renders / solid plasters to join our team.

About you:

• Experience in solid plastering and coating finishes to exterior surfaces
• Cement base rendering
• Acrylic polymer rendering
• Mix and apply coats of render to different substrates
• Trowel hand experience, smooth, bag render and texture finish
• Level and straighten corners, angles and wall surfaces
• Proficiency in using rendering tools
• Ability to read drawings
• Minimum 2 years on the job experience or relevant certificate qualification
• Excellent work ethic and willing to work
• Communicate effectively with job site supervisors
• Availability Mon-Fri minimum 8 hours per day, Saturday work available
• Driver's license
• Own vehicle
• Own render tools
• Construction White card
• Pre-start safety and risk assessments on all jobs prior to commencing works
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with our customers
• Adhere to workplace health and safety legislation, processes and procedures

Job Types: Permanent, Subcontract, Casual

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
