We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Cellar Assistant at Riverstone Memorial Club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and be willing to assist with various tasks in our cellar area.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing wine, beer, and other beverages in the cellar
• Ensure inventory levels are maintained, and products are rotated to guarantee freshness
• Help with inventory counts and restocking of supplies as needed
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining cellar equipment and storage areas
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures while handling beverages
• Basic maintenance around the club
• Basic Gaming machine knowledge

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
