Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and well-informed.

· Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable advice on pet care.

· Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.

· Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.

· Comfortable with customer bringing pets in store and respectfully interact with said pets

· Unpacking orders with possible heavy items up to 15kg

· Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

Requirements:

· A genuine love for pets and a strong interest in pet care.

· At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a high-volume, customer-focused setting.

· Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers of all ages.

· Highly motivated, proactive, and reliable with a strong work ethic.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

· Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends.

· Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely and efficiently.
